Project Objectives

To build up the network of LLL UNICO Language Centres for Excellence among the eleven universities in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, and Russia.
initiate and strengthen education in the areas of Lifelong Learning and English Language for personal and professional development
in order to increase the possibilities to decrease the illiteracy among different social groups
provide the opportunity for employees to establish their professional career and minimize the level of unemployment to persuade community that education is a continuous process and it is never late to learn.
