Project Objectives

  • To build up the network of LLL UNICO Language Centres for Excellence among the eleven universities in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, and Russia.
  • initiate and strengthen education in the areas of Lifelong Learning and English Language for personal and professional development
  • in order to increase the possibilities to decrease the illiteracy among different social groups
  • provide the opportunity for employees to establish their professional career and minimize the level of unemployment to persuade community that education is a continuous process and it is never late to learn.
